Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate project activities from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Liaise with partner organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to facilitate project implementation and foster collaborative relationships.

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and evaluate outcomes to ensure adherence to quality standards and objectives.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project achievements, challenges, and learnings to stakeholders.

  • Support fundraising efforts by assisting in the development of grant proposals, donor reports, and funding applications.

Location: 

Yaoundé, Bafia, Bamenda, Bandjoun

Duration: 

Full-time Contract; 1 year with possibilities of renewal depending on the availability of Funding 

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Development, Project Management, Law or Political Science; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience of at least 7 years in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
