Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Liaise with partner organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to facilitate project implementation and foster collaborative relationships.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and evaluate outcomes to ensure adherence to quality standards and objectives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project achievements, challenges, and learnings to stakeholders.

Support fundraising efforts by assisting in the development of grant proposals, donor reports, and funding applications.
Location:
Yaoundé, Bafia, Bamenda, Bandjoun
Duration:
Full-time Contract; 1 year with possibilities of renewal depending on the availability of Funding
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in International Development, Project Management, Law or Political Science; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience of at least 7 years in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
