Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the organization's staff and management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Assist with the preparation and dissemination of correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Maintain accurate records and databases, including contact lists, inventory, and financial transactions.

Assist in organizing events, workshops, and conferences, including logistics coordination and participant communications.

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient utilization and procurement as needed.

Support Coordinator-related activities, such as recruitment processes, onboarding of new staff, and maintenance of personnel files.

Handle incoming inquiries and requests, both in person and via phone or email, in a professional and timely manner.

Duration:
Full-time Contract; 1 year renewable.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

At least a Bachelor's Degree. Additional certification or training in office administration or related fields is a plus.

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit or similar setting.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and software.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
